We sell and share consumer information as part of our business. Our core service is connecting consumer inquiries with real estate professionals who pay us for that referral. This is described in more detail below.

4How We Share Your Information

With real estate Agents and brokerages. This is the primary purpose of the Site. When you submit your information, we share it with one or more licensed real estate professionals so they can contact you about your inquiry. We may be compensated by the Agent or brokerage for this referral. By submitting your information, you consent to this transfer and to being contacted by the receiving Agent(s) or brokerage(s).

With service providers. We may share information with vendors who help us operate the Site, such as web hosting, email delivery, form processing, and analytics providers. These providers are only permitted to use your information to perform services on our behalf.

For legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Business transfers. If we sell, merge, or transfer our business, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your information to data brokers for purposes unrelated to real estate referrals, and we do not share sensitive personal information (such as health or financial account data) with third parties, because we do not collect it.

• Contacting the specific Agent or brokerage directly and asking them to stop contacting you
• Emailing us at info@louisville-flat-fee-mls.com to request removal from our system

Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of contact that occurred before your request.
